Delivery Information – We Make It Easy for You! At Ama Trading Company VOF, we ensure that your order is delivered quickly, safely, and exactly the way you want. We deliver throughout the Netherlands, regardless of the number of appliances you order. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, we will contact you personally by phone to coordinate the delivery date and time slot together. Do you have special requests, such as installation? During the ordering process, you can add the necessary extra services depending on the type of product you are ordering. For example, you can add a Perilex cable and plug including installation when purchasing an electric stove. By doing this, you ensure that every detail is perfectly arranged. What we do not do: carrying appliances upstairs. Delivery Costs and Options Our delivery service is fast, transparent, and affordable: Delivery costs are calculated based on distance after you have added a product to the shopping cart and entered the delivery address. Unfortunately, delivery to the Wadden Islands is not possible. But wherever you live on the mainland, we ensure your appliances arrive safely. We deliver standard to the ground floor, but if you live in an apartment building, we can deliver to your floor using the elevator. Extra Services for Your Convenience Take away old appliances: We take your excess appliances free of charge. Don’t forget to check this option before confirming your order. Note:
  1. The appliances must be disconnected.
  2. The appliances must be on the ground floor.
  3. Once taken, appliances cannot be returned.
Make door left- or right-opening: We can also change the door swing direction for you for €35. Prefer Pickup? That’s possible! Do you want to pick up your order yourself? You are warmly welcome at our location at Zaagmolenpad 20B, 7008 AJ Doetinchem. Please let us know when you will come, so we can have your appliance ready. We are happy to help you get everything ready for your visit. Always Informed About Your Delivery We understand how important it is to know when your new appliance will be delivered. That’s why we keep you updated by phone about the delivery date and time slot. If there is any unexpected delay, we will inform you immediately by phone or email; in addition, our drivers always call 30 minutes before delivery of your appliance.
